When someone tells me that, "that girl has flawless skin. It's perfect!"
I don't believe it!
There's no one with perfect skin. Everyone has some flaws. It's all depends on knowing your skin and taking care of it the right way. And most importantly, learning ways to hide your imperfections. And sometimes, even showing a little imperfection can be seen as "beautiful" to others. Since we're all have our own definition of what is beautiful. Take, for example, I see freckle as a natural skin flaw but there are some who ultimately find freckle very sexy and appealing.
So in short, be confident in who you are. And when you're confident, it will shows through your skin and your natural beauty will shine.
