Revlon False Eyelashes Review

A representative from Revlon contacted me to try some of their products.  These are the products I often saw at my local drugstore and I didn't really care to check them out.  I'm glad that I got to try these out because I'm honestly impress with the quality of some of their products.

My favorite product out of the bunch is their false lashes.  I don't normally re-wear false eyelashes because I'm always on the go and never take the time to clean the glue after one wear. However, I find myself re-wearing these lashes 3 times already.  The reason being they are super light-weighted.  I can't hardly feel anything on my eyes compare to other brand of false lashes.

Here are some pictures of me wearing the lashes in model #501 Defining.

What I like about this product:
-Unlike many other false lashes that are rough and hard, these lashes are SUPER soft and light weighted which make the process of putting the lashes on a lot quicker.
-Natural looking.
-Long lasting. Like I said, I find myself re-wearing these lashes 3 times already.
-Easily taken off. The instructions suggested to use oil base makeup removal to remove the eyelashes, but it was not necessary for me. I just gently peeled off the eyelashes and it came off easily. The great part is it did not rip off my natural eyelashes along with it.
-Available at most drugstores.

What I don't like about this product:
-The price. These sell anywhere between $6-8. About double or triple the price I'd normally pay for false eyelashes. Although, I suppose it's more cost effective in the long run since I'd wear it more than 1 time, while I tossed out my other lashes after 1 wear.
-The strips that come with the lashes tend to be a little bit of a hit and miss.  Sometimes I was able to put it on nicely, sometimes I had to use my own glue.  I preferred taking the strips off because it's dark and can make you look unnatural.

Will I recommend this product/repurchase?
Definitely.  This product is great for those who just begin to wear fake eyelashes. The soft strands make it very easy to apply and very comfortable to wear for long hours. It's also great for the gurus out there that favor great quality and natural looking eyelashes.

  7. Hello, I was wondering if you could let me know where I can get these from? I live in Melbourne and haven't spotted these anywhere - Priceline, chemists etc!

  8. You know....for YEARS I have attempted to wear false eyelashes, because like you, my hair is so fine. I must simply be the most uncoordinated human ever, because I could never get them on right. Then today I tried these self-adhesive ones..OMG. For me, they were so easy! I didn't need to trim them, and they just went right on...the second one was a little crooked, so I pulled it off and re-applied with no problem. The adhesive was strong too. I live on a sailboat off the coast, and today we are having 20-25 knot winds with higher gusts..I've sat outside all afternoon at a luncheon, with not one problem. I am wearing the defining length....
