Celebrating The 4th with Red, White and Blue

Tomorrow is one of my favorite holidays. Get to see lots of fireworks and beautiful parade floats. Better yet, everywhere I go, there would be a unify shade of red, white and blue. This year, I'm dressing up my nails and eye makeup to be in tune with the holiday spirit.

Red White Blue Makeup

I was gonna go with this nail look but the stupid rhinestone kept fallen off on me :( so I got rid of it all together.

  6. The BOGOF sale ends this Saturday at Ulta. You should check their website for their ad. I believe you can print out the $3.50 off minimum $10 purchase and use it towards the brushes. Tell me how it goes!

I'm sorry you're in pain. I know how it feels. Do I know how it feels! I hope you feel better soon!

  7. Were you able to get the Ecotools from Ulta? I was thinking about you this past weekend and curious if you had a chance to get it.

The food isn't that easy to make in the beginning, but it does get easier with each one you make. :)

  8. When they have another BOGO sale on the Ecotools, I'll try to tell you early... hehe~ :)

With the batch I made (about 10 sweet pancakes), I would say about 4 hours including the 3 hour wait for the dough to rise. It doesn't take long in my opinion. The hard part is waiting and the stickiness of the dough. You need to put a lot of flour on the dough to be less sticky! Trust me practice makes perfect. It was a mess when I first started making this. Now I know how much flour to add to make the dough less sticky.

  9. thanks for stopping by my blog =) about the palettes, i think a lot of distributors buy from china! i've heard that if you go on ebay, you can find the 78, 88, and 120 palette for about 9 or 10 dollars! so you actually get them for less online. but the only problem is, some ppl get theirs with broken eyeshadows. but they look identical to the ones sold online, so i'm more than sure enough that they are bought from china. i've also heard that if you buy them online and get insurance and it breaks, they will give you a new one and won't even ask for the old one back. so that's a really good deal, actually!

  11. thank you. i think my parents know what a soft-hearted person i am. they always told me that was my weakness. my mom always said, "out of all the kids, i always worry about you because you're too sweet and kind. i don't want anyone to hurt you." she felt that i could never make it in the world because ppl would take advantage of me. i'm just glad that my mom is so supportive of me =)
