You gotta watch and do these 8 minutes ab exercises. I used to do pulled up and crunches every night before I go to sleep and it doesn't work as great as this. Actually, I should take that that back because I've only been doing these exercises for two days. However, I feel that it's working far greater than what I used to do. It's very details and easy to do. Hope you'll try it and get great results! I'm dreaming of a leaner, toner, beautiful looking abs right now! =))
HAHA! Good find... gotta mantain what I already got *winkz* I can do this at work since I sit all the time. A few position are pretty feminine though..., don't want co-workers walk by and "Thang is having his legs up in the air while laying on his back!" Trust me... I get this all the time, "Thang is laughing again...." xP
